I think officers shouldn't sign up for shifts. But exec, LET ANNE KNOW how 
much of the day you can spend at the event.
We need exec to supervise, and to fill in empty shifts as they occur.

On that note, Anne, I'll be there all day. 9-3.

We're almost done with this! A couple more days, and we will officially be 
the coolest CommServ organization on campus. =D
