[mit-habitat-exec] Meeting Notes/Important Info.

Hi Everyone,

So thanks to everyone who came to the meeting, for those of you who didn't
please talk to Radhika or I to get caught up.  This friday will be the Intl.
Dev. Forum and we will have a booth from 1:30-4:00.  Here is what I have for
sign up so far:
Radhika - 1:30 - whenever
Anne - 1:30-3
Sid - 3-4
Elyse - 3-4

If you can please come, the more people the better.  We will have pamphlets
made, but we really just need people to come and hang out and answer
questions/increase awareness.  We want to make sure we have four things for
this like we talked about:  the pamphlets, the candy, a mailing list sign
up, and a donation box/cup.  Whoever is going first, can one of you make a
list on a piece of paper/bring a cub or soemthing for donations?

The NE regional HFH conference is Oct. 23-25 actually.  I am sorry for
misinforming you all tonight.  If people can go that would be great, I know
that I personally cannot make it.  We HAVE TO REGISTER BY FRIDAY.  So please
check your schedules and email the list yes/no by then so we can see if we
have enough to get an MIT contingent there.

We also talked about fundraisers and decided that Friday in eraly nov. would
be best....more on that next time.  Thanks guys.
