Lots happening Tuesday!

1st:
There were no objections so...
Exec Meeting at 7:30 pm in the Student Center. Third Floor Mezzanine Lounge
(same as last time). Snacks will be provided, but no dinner. At least one
person from each pair of officers should be there, both if you can make it,
as well as Harini, since we will be discussing our financial situation, in
addition to the rest of the things I mentioned in my previous email
outlining my agenda. Any questions, let me know. Harini, let me know if
7:30 is going to be too hard for you to make, and we'll work something out.

2nd:
We have a Lobby 10 booth Tuesday. I'm cancelling our booths for the rest of
the week, but I don't want to have to pay the fine for cancelling Tuesday
if we can help it. We can make it purely informational. We have candy
leftover from the Midway, and we can buy cookies. We could make a few
hundred half-sheet flyers to hand out. Copytech will print them, and
probably cut them for not too much money. Doesn't have to be pretty, just
10 seconds of time to type some words on a page telling everyone Habitat is
cool. Remember our contact email is mit-habitat-owner at mit.edu. Can Elyse
and William take care of this? Let me know, please. We also need to fill
shifts. Sid has a full day, but he can take 11-12. I can be there from 1-2
and after 3:30. If anyone can be there from 9-11, 12-1, or 2-3:30, please
let me know. Also if anyone would like to keep me or Sid company, it would
be very much appreciated.

3rd:
A reminder that Harini and I need your Finboard budgets in by tomorrow, and
Tuesday's meeting *at latest*. No budget=no money and that's *not good*.
See my email about "Finboard" for more info.

4th: Workday this Saturday. Interested? Let me/Sid know. Neha and Anne, any
info on MIT's car-rental policy? We can't do a workday if we can't get
people to the site. Please email me, or at least let me know at the meeting
Tuesday.

Yay Tuesday!

See you then,
Radhika
