[mit-habitat-exec] BCC-ing

Just a note: Mailman does not allow "implicit destinations" in emails sent 
to its lists. In other words if you "BCC" a mailman list, the email will be 
held until the moderator of the list approves it. It's often easier to BCC 
mit-habitat-exec when sending emails to mit-habitat but that creates a lot 
of extra mail for Sid and I, since we're the moderators of those two lists. 
So in future, please just CC mit-habitat-exec... Thanks a lot. =)
