Hi everyone,

SO after a few hours of agonizing over the options we have, I think I worked
out a reasonable schedule.  We will be having 50 boxes of Krispy Kreme due
to a minimum order thing that they have.  This means that we will also try
to sell doughnuts over at Sloan.  I saw people selling them over there today
and they seemed to be having a lot of success, so we will try it, especially
since we have people.

I know people are working a lot, but we have put a lot of time into
organizing this, so we really should try to maximize our fundraising even if
its one day of a lot of work.  By the way, Neha, what's you're schedule I
have not heard from you along with a couple other exec. members.

Ok, so heres the schedule:  Make sure you check all times, a lot of people
are working at multiple slots since they have classes, also make sure you
know whether its sloan (E51 Tang center lobby, there's a table there or just
sell from the benches) or Lobby 10.

Sloan (E51 Lobby the table right there or down by the lounge area):  If
someone yells at you just come back to lobby 10 and bring everything with
you, since we don't technically have this reserved or anything.

kreme with you)

Ok, so if you are working in Sloan at any time, make sure you head over
quick since some people will have quite a walk from over there all the way
over to their classes.

NOW, for Pickup: See desriptions of where these are, what we should be
getting, and who we've talked to there below.  Make sure you BRING THIS
INFORMATION WITH YOU, in case you're lost!!!

Kirspy Kreme and Other Starbucks - Lisa, Sid, Jeff

We ARE MEETING IN LOBBY 7 at 7:30 AM to make sure that we have everyone, if
we don't we need to redistribute people>  Lisa, Jeff, and I will already
have left for Krsipy Kreme and Starbucks, so Radhika will be leading this
effort.  Please don't drop the ball on your times or pickup, it would be
really awful if we didn't get a donation that we have planned just because
someone slept in or decided to not come anymore.  Also, always, wait until
the next person is there before leaving your spot, NEVER leave the booth or
table (in Sloan) by itself with the food.

Ok, so about the Locations, here's the information:  For all of these, tell
them your from Habitat for Humanity, give them my name if needed (Sid Puram)
LaVerde's - We should be getting a tray or so of muffins and some other
stuff (Our contact is Marc)
Marriott Starbucks - This is the one actually inside the Kendall Mariott, we
should be getting 10 or more gallons of coffee, creme, sugar, and cups (Out
contact is Jason)
Alpine - I will get this on Thurs. night
Vox Populli - Anjuli you're dealing with this
Au Bon Pain - This is the one in Kendall that's the full restraunt, not the
one that's in the food court connected to the coop.  We should be getting
several PLATTERS of pastries and muffins and cookies, there should be 100+
eateries (and they might give us coffee, if they do ask for sugar, creme,
cups, etc.)  (Our Contact: Rui Morerra, or Paula)
Rebecca's Cafe - This is also in Kendall, its across the street from the
Characters bar and grill and very close to the au bon pain, we should be
getting 36 bagels, and you can beg them for cream cheese maybe (Our Contact:
Amy)
Dunkin Doughnuts - This is if you go right when you hit main street in
Kendall sqaure, you kind of have to cross over the road when you get to
arond the post-office and its in the office building there.  THe office
building looks cream with small windows, we should be getting several jugs
of hot chocolate for a DISCOUNT, one of you will have to pay for this. (OUr
contact: Corporate office)
Kirspy Kreme and the other starbucks - we'll drive to these

With any of these, if you run into ANY problems call my cell phone
617-721-6744.  Also, in the next few days if you can steal knives for cream
cheese from your dorms, etc. please do so.  Okay guys, that should be
