New stuff to keep in mind:


New UA Finboard policies (http://web.mit.edu/finboard/www/) will take 
effect Jan. 1.
- Events must be publicized using the MIT Events Calendar 
(http://events.mit.edu). Must include "UA Finance Board" as a sponsor.

- All advertisements (e.g. posters, distributed flyers, etc.) must include 
the UA Logo (available at http://web.mit.edu/finboard/www/), and note that 
the event was sponsored in part by the "UA Finance Board".

- Finboard EVENT related expenses must include a copy of your advertisement 
that contains the UA Logo.  Failure to advertise an event as open to all 
MIT Undergraduates with the UA logo, or failure to submit original receipts 
will result in a failure on the part of the UA to provide reimbursement.

- UA Finboard will no longer reimburse for tax. It is the responsibility of 
the group to present the MIT tax exempt certificate to vendors and service 
providers to have tax removed from their bill (forms available at 
https://web.mit.edu/purchasing/certificate/sales_tax_exempt/sales_tax_exempt.htm 
and in W20-549.)
