[miso-users] non-two isoform when filtering events

Hi all,

I run filter_events on the comparison.miso_bf, which were from
compare_miso. Unfortunately, I got the following error:

Error: filter_events.py is only defined for MISO output on two-isoform
alternative events. Found a non-two isoform event: ENSG00000000971


I wonder if I missed anything or there were mistakes in the previous steps.
