[miso-users] mouse exon-centric annotation files

Hello Everyone,
I am wondering if anyone has experience with v2 mouse alternative event annotation.
I am debating if I should use mm10 alternative events v2.0 or just mm9 alternative event v1.0
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
