I downloaded and used the new release of MISO (0.5.2). I obtained the
following error:
[carriero at node01 misopy]$ python miso.py
--settings-filename=/data/misopy-0.5.2/misopy/settings/miso_settings.txt --run
/data/home/carriero/miso/indexed_SE_events
/data/home/carriero/miso/risultati/7A3_1/TOPHAT_OUT/accepted_hits1.bam
--output-dir /data/home/carriero/02042014/Miso7A3_1/ --read-len 100
--paired-end 239.2 56.5 --event-type=SE
