[miso-users] MISO 0.4.8 release

New MISO (version 0.4.8) is released, with some bug fixes, and a new, much faster inference algorithm for single-end reads:

With the new algorithm, processing all skipped exons from a Hi-Seq lane in mouse genome takes about roughly five minutes on a cluster now.  The algorithm does not scale with the number of reads anymore, so the speedup is greatest for higher coverage data.  (Increase in speed only applies to single-end data.)
