[miso-users] Error: undefined symbol: splicing_rng_default

I'm trying to install miso and I can't seem to figure out what is causing
this error:

ImportError:
/home2/lsam/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pysplicing/pysplicing.so:
undefined symbol: splicing_rng_default

Does anyone have any ideas?
