[miso-users] misopy 0.4.7 released

Hi all and happy new year,

A new version of MISO was released, including some new features:

- Support for locally running MISO on multi-core machines (this is now the default)
- Support for strand-specific RNA-Seq libraries
- Prefiltering support (using Bedtools) to remove low coverage events from runs
