[miso-users] (no subject)

Just wondering is there a gene mapping file for the human hg19??
I downloaded the Human genome (hg19) alternative events<http://genes.mit.edu/burgelab/miso/annotations/hg19_alt_events.zip> from the website (http://genes.mit.edu/burgelab/miso/annotations/hg19_alt_events.zip), but couldn't find a folder like ensGene.map/.

It only has the .gff3 files for all events.
