[miso-users] indexing GFF

Hello,
I'm trying miso and I'm having difficulties indexing the gff.
E.g. :
index_gff.py --index=genome/miso/modENCODE/modENCODE_RI_MISO.gff3
genome/miso/indexed_RI_events/
