[miso-users] Biological replicate

Does MISO support a biological replicate? I want to compare differential splicing between a control sample and a disease sample with 10 biological replicates (10 X10).

I did run by merging 10 bilogical replicates to a sigle bam file and I thought it might not  a correct way to handle biological replicates.
