[miso-users] hg19 events

Is anybody else having issues with hg19 events where A3SS and A5SS are not
giving any data? I get no chr directories created, whereas the other 6
event types seem to work fine. I just wanted to check if there was a known
issue or fix before I spent time figuring this out.
