[Macpartners] Apple Mail to Outlook 2016 for Mac CONVERTER: recommendation?

any recommendations for utility to convert Apple Mail ‘mbox’ mail to Outlook 2016 for Mac (‘pst’)?
we are in urgent need of same. would need convert approx 1/2 million emails (not mine).
need something very reliable as for SA+P Dean’s Office.

have finally given up on Apple Mail and Calendar for heavy mail/calendaring loads.
