Good afternoon,
Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) is pleased to announce the release of Citrix Receiver version 11.8.2 for Mac OS X (10.6 through 10.9). For those using Citrix, the Receiver software client lets you securely access applications hosted on Citrix, such as BrioQuery, SAPgui, and CCure, on all operating systems.
This release includes Gatekeeper compatibility, vendor support for Mac OS X 10.8 and 10.9, and some changes to printing and working with local files.
Known Issues
With Citrix Receiver 11.8.2 for Mac, BrioQuery users cannot save custom queries to their local drive. A workaround is available. Users who regularly create or edit queries should remain on Citrix 11.3.2. Please note that this problem does not affect the export to Excel report function.
Citrix has removed the ability to access the native Mac print dialog box, preventing Save-to-PDF. Users who need Print-to-PDF functionality should stay on Citrix 11.3.2.
See the Citrix Receiver for Mac 11.8.2 Known Issues page for more information.
How To Obtain
You can download the installer for Citrix Receiver for Mac 11.8.2 through the IS&T Software Grid. Before upgrading, departmental users should first check with their local IT support provider.
