[Macpartners] iWork - app store only?

Dear MacPartners!

With the advent of the mac app store, how are people handling the procurement and installation of apps for institute machines?

For example I have a user who needs iWork, she does not have an iCloud account, nor do I feel it necessary for her to offer up personal data to apple to procure and install iWork onto her iMac here at MIT.

Can you buy a "key" from apple at the store?
