[Macpartners] IS&T to disable open recursion on MIT DNS servers on March 18, 2013

Good Morning,

The proposed changes to MIT's domain name servers (DNS)
[http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/EbIBCQ] have been postponed until
further notice.  IS&T will update the community when a future
implementation date is identified.
