[Macpartners] IS&T Recommends TSM Users Upgrade to the New Version

Good afternoon,

Information Services and Technology (IS&T) is pleased to announce the release of Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) 6.4.1.5 for OS X 10.7 (Lion), 10.8 (Mountain Lion), and 10.9 (Mavericks). All users are encouraged to upgrade their existing installations to the current version. OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) users should remain on 6.3.1.

Since the release of version 6.3, TSM has begun using a different method for configuring the TSM client for new user installations only. New users should follow the configuration process outlined in the Knowledge Base.  Existing users can just upgrade their existing installations.
