[Macpartners] Color Laser Printer Advice (Ricoh SP-C430dn?)

My parents have a small real-estate business that goes through a lot of
color printing and has this model of printer. They got it a year or two ago
to replace an HP printer and have been extremely happy with it. They've run
into no problems with it, compared to multiple HP service calls, and their
toner costs have fallen significantly. It's also silent when idle, which,
oddly, the printer they replaced was not. Though it is kind of gigantic and
heavy.
