Batching up 2 separate remote desktop questions.

First – what are people's solutions to preserving screen privacy (of the computer you're connecting to) when screen sharing to a remote desktop?

Second – what windows client will allow a win7 user to remote into their 10.7 machine (that's configured to allow remote management).

Thanks for your thoughts and advice here, I've been searching/reading and have yet to find the magic to narrow down results to address my questions.
