[Macpartners] ECAT3 problem

Hi,
I have been having a problem with getting a secure connection to the Apple store, or the GovConnection through the ECAT system using either the Safari or the Firefox browsers. The workaround seemed to consist of deleting all the cookies. Then, the ECAT portal would allow me to enter these stores. But just now, this workaround stopped working, and I cannot get into those stores.

Is anyone else having this difficulty?
