Offering it to these groups before it goes to reuse.

A super shredder, large, heavy on wheels, works. Goes by the name of shredmaster.

Shreds paper to bits.

People did not like how much space it takes up, and the disruption of everyone securely shredding papers so often and then they had to empty the big bin of shredded paper.
