Hi Aran,
There are a number of places that should have good sets. The important thing to look for is that they have torx bits. I have two different ones, that I like equally:
1. RadioShack 20 Piece Set. This should be available at most stores.
2. Pick up a set at You Do it Electronics in Needham of philips and torx screw drivers.
I'm not sure if either handle tax exempt status, but they are both close by.
