For personal calendars, I use Google Calendar[1].  Works great across
multiple computers and devices.  For Keychains, you might be able to use
Dropbox[2] to sync the actual files, but I bet you'd get a conflict if
both machines tried to update that Keychain at the same time.  I'm using
Dropbox in a similar fashion to sync my 1Password[3] database across all
my machines.
