[Macpartners] PCI NIC for PowerMac G4

Hi, one of my users has a PowerMac G4 with an intermittent Ethernet  
port. It goes dead periodically. I am trying to find a PCI network  
card for his Mac. So far, I have tried the following three cards:
Zonet ZEN3301E
Intel PRO/1000 GT
Allied Telesis AT-2930T

I cannot get them to work as is, and can find no Mac drivers for them.  
Can you suggest a NIC, which I can readily buy, which will support  
this Mac? Even better, do you have a card you are willing to trade  
with me? I have plenty of Intel and Allied Telesis cards to trade.
