Yes, all of the machines have been CertAid'ed. We've also tried  
getting rid of all of the certs in the keychain (personal and site)  
and re-obtaining, but that doesn't fix it, either.

The only common thread I've found with the Citrix printing issue is  
that the people who have the issue have all logged into WinAthena at  
some point. Perhaps there's something hanging out in their profile? I  
sent a note off to IS&T on that one.
