[Macpartners] OD master and Kerberos authentication with local auth

Two questions to make sure I understand what you want to do:

* Are you trying to setup single sign on using Athena usernames and
passwords, or account information stored locally on the OS X Server?
* When you say "our kerberos server configuration record" do you mean the
MIT KDC?
