[Macpartners] CertAid 1.0.2 update

IS&T is happy to announce CertAid 1.0.2.  This version addresses a  
problem some users have seen with not being able to access certificate  
protected websites after installing a new certificate, either through  
the certificate renewal process, or when setting up a new machine.   
Safari users on 10.5.3 or later should download and run this version  
after installing a new certificate.
