[Macpartners] CertAid 1.0.1 update

IS&T is happy to announce CertAid 1.0.1.  This update is recommended  
for all 10.5.4 Safari users.

The major new feature of this release is that CertAid will prompt the  
user to download an updated list of websites when launched.  This  
allows us to more easily configure additional websites as they are  
found.  You can download the new version from the MIT Software  
Download Page:

Websites that have been added since the first release of CertAid are:

* Library Proxy Servers
* Scripts Server
* SIPB
* Student Extended Insurance Plan
* Student Information Systems
