[Macpartners] Update on 10.5.4 and Safari Certificate Issues

IS&T is happy to announce CertAid, a new tool that fixes a problem  
that prevented 10.5.4's Safari from connecting to certain MIT  
websites, including SAPweb, Stellar, and our wiki server.  Before  
running this tool, users should upgrade to 10.5.4.

Please note that after renewing or getting a new personal certificate,  
users will need to update their settings by running CertAid again.
