[Macpartners] TSM 5.4 cannot be installed after running the MacOS X 10.4.10 update

Hello MacPartners:

IS&T has verified a report that TSM 5.4 will not install on Macintosh based
machines after running the MacOS X 10.4.10 update.  We are working to
resolve this issue.  IS&T recommends installing TSM 5.4 prior to installing
the update.  TSM continues to function properly after the update has been
run.  If the update has already been installed and TSM is needed, a revised
version of TSM will be available on Monday.
