Hello,

We would like to have a form that travelers could fill out at their  
leisure. This form would reside on the travelers laptops. The form  
would consist of questions and the travelers responses. When the form  
is completed the traveler could send the form to me. Then I would  
extract the data from the form and import it into filemaker.

I would be great if the form was easy to create and the responses  
easy to extract.

Any suggestions?
