[Macpartners] daylight savings time updates for Mac OS X

Apple has released updates to address the changes in daylight savings  
time; see http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305056 for  
more information.

You'll automatically get them via Software Update; for situations  
where users don't have the privileges to install updates (e.g. you're  
the admin and you update folks via Apple Remote Desktop), you can  
download the updates directly from Apple:
