[Macpartners] Leopard 10.5.1 and PubSubAgent

Hi,
I installed 10.5 last week and was unpleasantly surprised by this  
annoying popup. Every 20 minutes, or so, a Keychain popup announces  
that "PubSubAgent wants to use the "login" keychain". Whether you  
type your master password or Cancel, the popup reappears some time  
later.
The 10.5.1 upgrade did NOT fix this bug.
Does anyone understand what this agent does and how to get rid of it.
