According to http://www.apple.com/retail/taxholiday/massachusetts.html

"If the customer wishes to order online, they must have a  
Massachusetts shipping address in order to take advantage of the tax  
holiday."

So at the very least the online store does participate -- though they  
aren't clear about how ship dates affect things.
