[Macpartners] web certificates

Hi,
I just received a couple of rejections of my attempt to go on a  
secure purchasing web site.
Both GovConnection and Apple portals rejected my web certificate:

“https://client.pcconnection.com/eprocurement/CertHandshake.asp? 
ID=MITDEPT”.

An attempt to get to the Dell portal was stopped even earlier at:
https://web.mit.edu/ecat/dell/secure/

What is going on? Is anyone else having this trouble?
