[Macpartners] Freezing problem....

I have a G4 1.25 tower. Dual boot 10.3.9 and 10.4.x..

I am experiencing total freeze within 5 or so minutes of booting up my computer.
Once I restart it (after the freeze) it operates normally without a problem. It
doesn't seem to be application specific or task specific. I've tried replacing
RAM, Re-installing OS....No Luck. Any thoughts on what could be causing these
issues?
