[Macpartners] something has changed... (ssh/Security Update 2006-004)

Last week, a new version of OpenSSH that included support for gssapi-
with-mic had been deployed on the test dialup server
(test.dialup.mit.edu). It appears that the new version is now
running on all the dialups. ssh'ing to private workstations still
will not work until the update is deployed more widely. I believe
the timeframe for that is IAP, but that could change.
