[Macpartners] Security Update 2006-001 breaks Fink's selfupdate

The security update mentioned stops rsync from deleting the target  
files. The fault is with rsync itself, not necessarily Fink.
This is already on the radars and will soon be addressed, most likely  
in a software update.
