[Macpartners] Can I turn off auto-unzipping/untarring?

Actually, I now recall that it only does this if you click on a link to
such a file, rather than right-clicking and selecting "Download Linked
File".  But often such a file is acquired through a JavaScript doohickey
or something, and there's no way to select "Download Linked File", so it
would still be nice if I could turn off this feature.
