Apple released Mac OS X 10.4.6 last night: http://docs.info.apple.com/

Unless you have a test machine, I'd recommend not upgrading until we  
can do some testing; we'll also be monitoring reports on the web.

If you do decide to test this update, keep in mind that the  
installation causes PowerPC-based Macs to reboot twice after  
upgrading. This is normal and is documented in Apple's release notes.
