[Macpartners] invisible cursor?

I've had that problem as well, as well as an intermittent system freeze on
monitor connect/disconnect (that was fixed in 10.3.8 I believe). I generally
don't experience the problem when I follow the Apple-approved (albeit slower)
method of:
1) wake up computer
2) plug in keyboard
3) plug in monitor
or
1) unplug monitor with system awake
2) when computer aligns to laptop screen again disconnect keyboard
3) close lid
If you run it with the lid closed when using an external monitor, add a step 4)
to the first sequence which is to close lid after going dual-monitor. Wait for
sleep, then wake up with keyboard (e.g. shift key).
Now, the better news. You don't need to restart, just hook up a monitor again,
and unhook it. It works with just the dongle if you like (I have one at home
for just this purpose) which triggers the resetting of the screen (as it looks
for the new, but nonexistent, monitor).
