Today's topic is Mail (sometimes called Apple Mail, sometimes called 
Mail.app), the e-mail program that comes with Mac OS X. See 
http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/mail/ for more info.

Some of you may already be using Mail or may be thinking about it for 
yourself or for users that you support. We'll take a look at how to 
configure Mail, create filters and some not as well known features that 
may be useful.

As usual, we'll have Q & A and updates from IS&T and Apple.
