[Macpartners] Leaving the Institute

I've already announced it within IS&T, but wanted to say my farewells to
those of you in the DLC's that have been a tremendous help over the past
years. I thank you profoundly. 
 
I am relocating to South Carolina, to be closer to my family, escape the
winters, and buy an affordable home.
 
I will continue to be able to be reached on this email and look forward to
the continued helpful exchanges.
