We have a few Tektronix/Xerox phaser color wax stick printers. Xerox 
charges quite a bit more for their color wax, and I have bought 3rd 
party wax. Recently, we began having consistent color problems on a 
Phaser 8200, and the Xerox technician pronounced the print heads DEAD 
because of 3rd party wax. The 3rd party wax manufacturer stood behind 
its product to the extent that he replaced this printer with a Phaser 
8400.
So, should we buy OEM supplies? We decided to stick to name brands 
from now on. Less hassle in the long run.
