[Macpartners] new cisco client fixes problem

Cisco released a new client for the 3000 vpn. 4.7.00 (0510) which  
fixes the bug which was preventing reconnecting the vpn after the  
connection was broken while in use. If your mac goes to sleep while  
the vpn is connected all you need to do is quit the client and  
restart it and you can reconnect without the kext unload/kext load  
issue/
