[Macpartners] Possible Problem with Mail and 10.3.9

I think I have solved my problem.  At the suggestion of Bill Brids of 
the Helpdesk, I deleted my account in Apple Mail and re-established it. 
  That seems to have worked.  I noted two problems that I am dealing 
with:

1. All my IMAP mailboxes lost the preferred order of viewing.  I like 
to view most recent on top, and it defaults to oldest on top.

2. All of my rules for IMAP mailboxes (I have a LOT) lost the name of 
the target mailbox.  I had to reset them by hand.  I still have one 
that has so many rules that it can't all be displayed on the screen and 
does not have any scroll bars to allow me to move to the bottom.  I've 
not figured out how to handle that so suggestions would be welcomed.
